- When it comes to improving movement, little and often is far better than doing one big session. Small amounts every day help to re-train the body’s movement pattern and cement it in.
- Our DMRs are designed specifically to improve key movements and using the right muscles in the right way. This means we can train out any movement compensations, improving your technique and making you more efficient.
- We use a dynamic approach to stretching the muscles, as that teaches the required strength and stability in the muscle so that you have control of the movement.
